Lot 16 stems from a standout female—Herbster Sara’s Dream 2211, a favorite of the crew at Herbster Angus Farms. 2211 is a President daughter out of the 2016 National Junior Angus Show Grand Champion Female, CCC Sara’s Dream 5116, and is a picture of balance with an impeccable udder and striking presence. Claudius was the second- highest ratioing calf of the 2025 spring calf crop at 121 and ranks in the elite genomic percentiles for WW, Docility, and Angle. He also posts an EPD in the top 5% of non-parent sires for weaning growth. His kind are front-pasture cattle—the ones you are proud to show to your neighbors!
This is an old-school mating we originally intended to keep and sample for ourselves, primarily for the female side. The Boulder x SAV Abigale 5650 combination was designed to build cows with substance and longevity. His dam, the mother of our maternal-producing sire, Pursuit, records 6WW@106 and 4YW@103, reinforcing dependable production. He is long made, straight topped, and excellent-footed, with the kind of maternal backing that produces heavy-milking, durable brood cows. He ranks in the top 10% of non-parent sires for PAP.
