t the last winter Olympics, snowboarder Ester Ledecka won the gold medal in the super G ski race (on skis) to the shock of everyone, including herself. When asked how this was possible, her coach said, "Because she's a snowboarder, she sees the hill differently." This month, let's look at real estate markets a bit differently. Instead of highest or lowest this or that, let's just look at consistency. After all, that's what most investors are looking for — especially now, when many booming markets seem poised on the edge of a bust. home prices have increased. I've ranked them by how much prices compare to the income price; my prejudice is against markets like North Port and Austin where they're much higher, but I can't argue with the facts. •
