The goal is to have our vendor partners provide resources and guidance to help translate education into clinical success and integration which includes: • Pre-program Support for Doctors and Teams: A dedicated Kerr Rep will be assigned to assist Doctor and Staff throughout the entire endodontic program. Set cadence for in-person meetings to review course pre- work, train on Kerr products, and address any challenges they’re facing. • Web-based Learning of Didactic Education: Doctors will have access to Kerr’s Learning Management portal to complete Pre-Work Assignments and develop a solid foundation ahead of the Live In- Person Sessions. • Hands-On Focused on Techniques: Comprehensive 1 Day In- Person training sessions at Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels and case-based learning, ensuring participants gain confidence in performing endodontic procedures. • Post Program Support for Doctors and Teams – A robust 90 Day Support Plan outlining In- office support and coaching for Doctors and Teams at every level of their Endodontic practice. • Endo for Dental Assistants: Kerr Rep will assist and provide training on Endo Tray Set-up in operatories. • Mentorship coaching Sessions: Dr’s will be able to book time with our select key opinion leaders to discuss cases and pain points. • On-Demand Courses: Dr’s will have access to our full suite of on Demand courses in the Kerr Learning Management portal on Various topics across Restoratives, Endodontics Rotary and TotalCare and Receive CE Credits. • Kerr Marketing Support Portal: Dr’s will have access to helpful assets such as technique videos clinical articles and Kerr product marketing assets to better familiarize themselves with products. • Kerr Starter Kits: Support - 4 Levels • Doctors Who Attend a Course – Providing resources and guidance to help translate education into clinical success and integration. • Doctors Growing in Endodontic Procedures – Offering enhanced support to sustain and accelerate their upward trajectory. • Doctors Declining in Endodontic Procedures – Delivering targeted interventions to identify challenges and reinvigorate their practice. • Doctors Not Currently Performing Endodontics – Introducing foundational support and tools to help them explore and adopt endodontic procedures.

Session 3: Advanced Endodontics
Duration: 1 Day (In- Person)

Content: o Challenging Cases : Discussion of difficult cases, including retreatment and apical surgery. o Endo-Surgical Techniques : An overview of apicoectomy and other surgical interventions.
3. Post-Work (Application & Evaluation): Post-Course Reflection and Case Study: • Case Documentation: o
Participants will document one or two endodontic cases they performed in their practice using Kerr products. This will include pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative images, treatment plans, and patient outcomes. Online Reflection Survey: o A follow-up survey to assess participants’ learning experience, challenges, and improvements in their clinical practices after the course. • Peer Collaboration: Participants will join an online forum (facilitated by Kerr Dental) to share case studies, ask questions, and discuss challenges in endodontic practice. •

90-Day Support Plan:
Phase 1: Initial Support (Weeks 1-4) • Rep Support: o
Each participant will have dedicated access to a Kerr Dental representative to assist with questions, product troubleshooting, and clinical advice. o The rep will work with Doctor and Staff to train on Kerr endodontic products for use in practice (including rotary files, irrigation devices, etc.). • Bi-Weekly Check-Ins: o In-Person or phone calls with the representative to review any early challenges, provide additional tips, and discuss recent cases. • Online Resource Access: o Access to Kerr's online library of video tutorials, case studies, and product-specific training materials. Phase 2: Ongoing Learning & Troubleshooting (Weeks 5-8) • Case Review Sessions: o Participants can submit cases they’ve worked on, receive feedback from Kerr endodontic experts, and receive suggestions for improvement. • In-Practice Support: o On-demand technical assistance from Kerr Dental’s rep team, including troubleshooting product issues, adjusting techniques, and improving efficiency.
Phase 3: Mastery & Case Presentation (Weeks 9-12) • Rep Visit (Optional): o
For practices requesting additional support, Kerr Dental will arrange a visit from a local rep to observe procedures, offer in-person troubleshooting, and provide guidance on advanced cases.
Final Survey and Certification:

o Participants will complete a final survey to measure knowledge retention and assess overall satisfaction with the program. o Those who complete all aspects of the program will receive a Certificate of Completion in Endodontics Excellence from Kerr Dental. Program Outcomes & Goals : • Enhanced clinical competency in endodontic procedures. • Proficiency with Kerr’s endodontic product line. • Increased patient satisfaction through improved treatment success rates. • Confidence in handling complex cases with advanced techniques and tools.

Before the hands-on workshop, participants will complete the following pre-work, which will serve as a foundation for the practical, in-person training. The local Kerr representative will work with the Clinician to familiarize them with products used in training. • Learning Outcomes : o Gain a solid understanding of restorative techniques. o Familiarize with the clinical workflow for each restorative procedure. o Introduction to Kerr restorative products and their applications in each area. • Pre-Work Resources : o Access to case studies, and product demonstrations via an online learning portal. o Reading materials and guided resources on advanced restorative techniques. 4. Pre-Course Preparation (90 Days Before Course) A. Pre-Work Assignments • Welcome Email & Course Outline – Overview of learning objectives, schedule, and materials. • Pre-Assessment Quiz – Evaluating baseline knowledge of Restoratives. • Assigned Readings & Videos – Topics include: o March 5: Dr. Coleman – direct Restorations- Placing Bulkfill composite vs. no longer using a layering technique and how these materials save valuable chair time o April 23: Dr. Romero – indirect Restorations- Crown and Bridge: cement and bond selection based on prep design, retention, and substrate o May 12: Dr. Miller – direct Restorations- Simplicity campaign- “smart matching” composite, one bond, and one cement for all direct and indirect restorations o August 26: Dr. Harris – indirect Restorations - Veneer preparation and placement, course to possibly include composite chairside veneers o October 7: Dr. Romero – direct Restorations - Restoring discolored anterior teeth o November 17: Dr. Miller – indirect Restorations - Post and Core Buildup materials • Order Restoratives starter kit to utilize the products in office. B. Hands-on Pre-Course Work • Model Practice: Participants receive a practice tooth model and instructions for access cavity preparation. • Case Review: Participants submit one case (if available) of an endodontic challenge they have faced.

2. Hands-On Session
Duration: One Day (In Person) The hands-on portion of the workshop will focus on practical techniques where participants will get direct experience working with Kerr's restorative products. Multiple courses offered, each focusing on one of the core topics. Dental instructors and Kerr team will guide the hands-on training. • Implant Restoration : o Hands-on restoration of an implant, including the placement of abutments and the selection and fitting of crowns for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes.
Class I to V Restorations : o

Participants will master direct and indirect restorative techniques for both anterior and posterior teeth using Kerr's composite resins and ceramics. Demonstrating and practicing crown preparation, material selection (ceramic, metal-ceramic), and cementation techniques for fixed partial dentures (bridges). Crown and Bridge : o Veneer Preparation and Placement : o Participants will learn the art of veneer preparation, the use of bonding agents, and how to achieve a precise, natural aesthetic with veneers. Understanding the principles of tooth preparation for crowns, bridges, and veneers, focusing on margin designs, reduction, and resistance form. Prep Design : o

3. Post-Course Support (90 Days) Duration: 90 days post-workshop Following the hands-on workshop, Kerr will provide comprehensive post-course support to ensure participants successfully implement their learning into clinical practice.
Support Includes: •

A review will be provided, including suggestions for improvement and insights on achieving optimal results. • Continuing Education Materials : Access to ongoing educational resources including product updates, new techniques, advanced restorative tips, and case studies via Kerr. • Product Demos and Trials : Participants will be eligible to receive product demos or trial kits for new Kerr materials and tools to experiment with in their own practices.
