§ A Tribe must notify the NIGC of the results of the background investigation within 60 days of an individual beginning work. § The NOR must include the following information: § Applicant’s name § Date of Birth § Social Security Number § Date they begin work, or date the temporary license was issued § The eligibility determination in the NOR must include a summary of:
§ The steps taken in the investigation § Verification of all gaming licenses § Specific notations regarding previously denied and revoked licenses § Criminal charges within the last 10 years of the application § Every felony conviction
