Parton Disputes - Example
§ A customer initiated a self exclusion at the casino. § Several months later the individual was gambling at the casino and won a large jackpot. § The casino did not pay out the jackpot due to the self exclusion. § The patron requested that the self exclusion be dismissed and that the jackpot be paid. § The TGRA found that the jackpot should not be paid due to the rules and procedures of the casino & regulations.
