THE MINDFULNESS AND WELL-BEING TOOL KIT, CREATED BY THE NEW YORK CITY BAR’S MINDFULNESS AND WELL- BEING IN THE LAW COMMITTEE PROVIDES RESOURCES ON THE PRACTICE OF MINDFULNESS (BRINGING AWARENESS TO THE PRESENT MOMENT) AND OTHER DISCIPLINES THAT WILL SUPPORT THE WELL-BEING OF ATTORNEYS, JUDGES, LAW STUDENTS, LEGAL SUPPORT STAFF, AND OTHERS IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION.
