Inspire your friends, family and colleagues to join your path towards a life of mindfulness and well-being. Invite them to join you to meditate, either remotely or in person. Let them know when you plan on meditating or set a time everyday when you can meditate together. This will help strengthen your connections with others and create more accountability.
