deliver the latest, greatest CPE hardware to the ISPs, the problems with in-home Wi-Fi experience in the field would still be ongoing. Lifemote supports ISPs’ engineering, support centres and CPE product teams to enable them to provide excellent QoE to their customers. Our USP is our data collection mechanism, the lightweight agent. Lifemote therefore works with many different CPE vendors and deploys the majority of devices in the field easily and quickly. Lifemote also expects to disrupt the market with the launch of its SelfCare product, which shares the responsibility and workload of ISPs about in-home Wi-Fi experience with customers. The end-user will be provided with a Wi-Fi guidance service, as well as the customers will have the opportunity to solve the problems themselves without the need to reach the support centres, resulting in cost savings and happy customers.
