M EN ’ S C LUB & S TROKE P LAY C HAMPIONSHIPS Saturday & Sunday July 27 th & July 28 th AND August 3 rd & August 4 th
The Men’s Club Championship and Stroke Play Championship will return to the joint format last played in 2018. For those players signing up for the Championship and First Flight, there will be a 36-hole qualifier held on Saturday and Sunday, July 27 and 28. This qualifier will act as the 2024 Stroke Play Championship. The winner of the qualifier will be crowned the 2024 Stroke Play Champion and will be slotted as the #1 seed in the Club Championship (the previous year’s Club Champion will no longer receive an exemption and first seed). The top 8 players from the qualifier will make up the Championship flight and be seeded by their score. The next 8 players will make up the First Flight and will also be seeded by score. The remaining players not placing in the top 16 will be eliminated. The first round matches for both the Championship and First Flights will begin on Sunday, July 28 in the afternoon. The semi-finals will be played Saturday, August 3, with the finals on Sunday, August 4. The Championship final match will be 36-holes. The First Flight final match will be 18-holes. Players wishing to be flighted in the second flight or higher can sign up accordingly. Players will be flighted and seeded according to handicap with matches playing at scratch. First round matches will begin on Saturday, July 27, the semi-finals on Sunday, July 28 and the finals on Saturday, August 3. If there is a limited number of sign-ups, we will make flights of 4 with matches held on the weekend of July 27-28 only. All matches will be 18-holes.
