Boston Laughs Stand Up For Boston
Boston Laughs is a historic week-long festival celebrating the rich history of comedy and the arts in the City of Boston. Anchored by two weekends of major headliner shows and produced by Boston’s leading entertainment producers, Boston Laughs is designed to not only feature the nation’s most recognized comics, podcasters and theatrical productions but also as a key driver of out-of-town visitors and tourism revenue into the City.
With some of Boston’s largest hotels as the setting for the major Headliner shows, the Boston Laughs Festival will create not only an immediate demand for hotel rooms throughout the city but also bring thousands into Boston to spend at our restaurants, bars and tourist destinations. The vision is to gradually build the festival over the next few years to encompass and feature as many of Boston’s finest venues as well as have the festival rival Montreal’s Just for Laughs that drew millions of tourists and with hundreds of diverse and unique shows.
