1. Front Line Leaders Programme Leadership Foundations For those new to people leadership and individual contributors ambitious for Team Leadership, Front Line Leaders.
Front Line Leaders are crucial to an engaged, high performing workforce and to delivering operational performance through teams. A Leader role requires a shift in mindset and a different set of skills. This shift is often very challenging as Front Line Leaders face a range of new challenges, often with little or no training. By the end of our tailored learning, participants will be equipped with core managerial skills and a grounding in leadership, applied to your unique context and ambition for your company.
