Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be canceled. Please register by clicking here . All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15 th & 25 th of each month, Members may sign up for the following month’s classes online, by calling extension 1234, or by e-mailing John Porter . For more informaton, click here.

Free Foam Rolling Demonstrations Join personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist Denny Pinch for a free foam roller demonstration, 5 February and 19 February at 6:30 PM. A foam roller is a great therapeutic tool that can help relieve trigger points or knots in muscles. This demonstration will teach the correct way to use a foam roller to receive maximum benefit. Registration is free but limited, so sign up in advance by clicking here . "Yoga for Osteoporosis" Workshop Sunday, 23 February - 2:00 to 3:30 PM - Group Exercise Studio (Arlington Clubhouse) Our bone metabolism may become out of balance when calcium leaves the bones faster than it’s replaced. Specific yoga poses improve bone density and calcium balance. In this workshop, you will review how to modify yoga poses to help strengthen bones and keep already weakened bones safe. Fitness Fusion Tuesday (for beginners) and Thursday at 8:30 AM Step aerobics, full-body toning & core conditioning in one class!

Forever Fit Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM This class focuses on balance, flexibility & light strengthening.

CSI - Core Stretch Integration Mon. and Wed. at 6:00 PM A full body workout that incorporates powerful Pilates exercises to build core strength and stability & soothing stretches.

Fitness Yoga Friday at 5:45 PM Designed specifically for golfers & tennis players, this class will emphasize positions to open up tight joints.

Gentle Yoga Tues. and Thurs. at 9:45 AM An easy flow to focus on deep breathing, alignment and balance.

Pilates (All Levels) Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 AM & 5:00 PM An age-defying, full body workout to gain core strength, flexibility, better balance and posture!

Power Yoga Sunday at 4:00 PM An advanced class with higher intensity. Alignment meets power with arm balances, inversions and core work with weights.

Restorative Yoga Tuesday at 11:00 AM For those seeking the benefits of a relaxing and nourishing practice.

Yoga Fusion Wednesday at 6:00 AM and Saturday at 8:45 AM Yoga combined with strength training and deep stretching.

Toning & Abs Tues./Thurs. at 5:30 & 6:30 PM and Saturday at 10:00AM A full body workout with an emphasis on core conditioning.

Yoga Therapy Mon. & Wed. at 9:45 AM Release tension while improving postural alignment.
