Essential • Significant experience in the management of data within a student records system, particularly the management of student records for data quality, reporting and compliance purposes • Expert knowledge of student records system data structures and core references tables, and their relevance to the applicant and student academic cycles • Experience of leading cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, setting and achieving agreed goals and building staff capability • Experience of delivering system or data- related changes, bring together key stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks Desirable • Experience as a product owner within an agile team, or as a member of a product team in fast paced environments with multiple projects • Experience in managing the work of individuals with technical skills, and of working collaboratively with technical services Assesment: Application, Interview
