Best Burger
A truly great burger starts with great meat. Iron Horse’s burger is anchored by a ½-pound, certified Angus, all-beef patty crafted from a 75/25 blend of whole premium cuts of sirloin, top sirloin, chuck roast, and round. That, grilled to tender perfection, is served up on a real butter grilled brioche bun.
