Brian Jackson has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. The HVAC company he started when he was 21 grew faster than he expected and, after 12 years, he sold it. But he decided in 2013 to improve on that success, and Absolute Air has the benefit of his first go-round as an owner as well as his 30-plus years in the industry. Jackson is joined in the business by his son, Brandon, and business partner David Olesnevich. Growing in a more controlled and efficient manner this time around, Absolute Air now provides heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services in north central West Virginia and southwest Pennsylvania with a staff of eight.
