1: Requires cam button spacer. Cam has an integral cast iron distributor drive gear. For engines with mechanical fuel pumps, fuel pump pushrod CRN11985-1 is recommended to prevent fuel pump lobe wear.

BB CHEVY NOTES: 1991-95 Gen. V engines can use these camshafts and components if the lifter preload is checked, or they are converted to adjustable rocker arms. Machine the cylinder heads for screw-in 7/16" studs CRN99157-16 and pushrod guideplates CRN13650-1 and install appropriate rocker arms. For 1965- 66 engines, a groove 3/16" wide and 7/64" deep must be machined in the center of the rear cam bearing journal. When using dual valve springs on engines where exhaust valve rotators have been eliminated, spring spacers CRN99459-8 or four valve spring retainers CRN99948-2 must be used on the exhaust side only to prevent excessive valve spring shimming.
