4150 Carb To 4500 Flange Adapter HVHSS4150/4500-1.5AL Billet aluminum, 1-1/2” tall adapter mates a 4150 carburetor to a manifold with a 4500 Dominator flange. Functional not only as an adapter, but also as a spacer that improves throttle response by increasing plenum volume, while also insulating the carb from the manifold.
