Be Well 360’s activities and events are designed around the evidence- based ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’: Connect, Be Active, Learn, Give and Take Notice (or be mindful), to ensure all aspects of your wellbeing are addressed. Whether you choose group exercise classes, learning something new, connecting with people, having a health assessment, improving your diet, finding the ability to fully relax, or tackling another area of your life in order to achieve a healthy balance, Be Well 360 can work with you.
