AGRICULTURE IS RESILIENT! Much of our region was impacted by Hurricane Helene in September 2024 . Fences, stands of timber, and our pecan orchard were especially hit hard. Our entire family came together to replant a small part of the pecan orchard in March 2025 , which we hope will be harvested by the same small hands that helped plant them for many years to come.
