The 20th Annual Viva Miami Business Expo and Lunch Conference was a standout event, proudly celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month while fostering business growth and innovation. A highlight of the event was a timely and informative cybersecurity panel moderated by Jovianna Gonzalez from Digital Forensics Now. The panel included industry leaders such as Courtney Barnard from Verizon, Melissa Boutwell of Automation Strategy & Performance (ASP), Dena L. Cusick from Hub International, and Brian Fonseca of FIU’s Jack D. Gordon Institute. The event culminated in the prestigious Miguel Cervantes Award ceremony, honoring Ron Magill, Jorge Plasencia, and Heidi Alzate Kaufman for their invaluable contributions to the community. The SFLHCC extends its heartfelt thanks to our sponsors and attendees for making this event a success. A special thank you to our Presenting Sponsor, TD Bank, and our Title Sponsor, FIU, for their generous support and commitment to empowering the Hispanic business community.
