Qualifications • Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience in property, construction, engineering or project management • Professional Qualification in property, construc- tion, engineering or project management or equivalent experience Experience/Knowledge • Proven and demonstrable experience and signif- icant knowledge of the planning, procurement and delivery of major construction, refurbishment and infrastructure projects, above £5m in value in large complex organisations. • Highly effective interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (both oral and written), including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders Skills/Abilities • The ability to conduct meetings and present proposals in a clear and concise manner to both specialist and non-specialist audiences and the ability to write clear and concise reports and oth- er professional documentation
