EW YORK, NY — Daniel DePasquale , director, Katz & As- sociates, has closed six recent deals in New York City. Hungry Ghost, Murat Uyaro- glu’s growing New York coffee brand known for its charming décor and high-quality coffee and food, is debuting in New York City’s West Village. De- Pasquale represented Hungry Ghost for a new coffee shop at 315 Bleecker St., an ideal neighborhood corner. This new location, which is set to open in spring 2021, is DePasquale’s fourth deal for Hungry Ghost. Caleb Petersen of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. The new Hungry Ghost on 315 Bleecker St. in Manhattan is 650 s/f plus basement. It has a cast-iron façade with large windows and a brick exterior. The interior design features the original tin ceiling and beauti- ful tile floors. Hungry Ghost brews Stumptown coffee and serves Serendipitea teas. “It’s exciting to work with Hungry Ghost owner Murat Uyaroglu who prides himself on providing the best espresso experience to the community,” said DePasquale. “The first- class coffee, beautiful décor, friendly and dedicated baristas, and the ideal corner spot on Hi lights of LMC’s retail easing activity included an anc or lease with off-price retai r Burlington Stores at Mill Creek at Harmon Me dow (Sec ucus), a 24,000 s/f lease with Aqu Mark t at win City Shopping C n er (Bayonne) and a 20,000 s/f lease with Planet Fitne s at Mayfair Shopping Ce - t (Commack, NY). LMC’s tran actional activity also brou ht a host of renewals as well as new etailers and service providers to th region, punctuated by nearly one dozen l ases with restaurant tenants – sev ral of which have alrea y launched opera- tions.
