Bull Delivery Cannon Valley Ranch will deliver bulls purchased in our sale up to 500 miles free of charge. All buyers will receive 1 free delivery opportunity within the 500 miles. If the buyer is unable to take delivery at that me, we will s ll deliver your bull(s) however there may be a delivery charge. Please let us know at sale me when you would like your bull delivered. First Breeding Season Guarantee All bulls selling for $5000.00 or more are guaranteed for the 1st breeding season, which we define as 90 days a er bull turnout. CVR will warranty any fer lity problems with the bull during this period. This is CVR's commitment to keep our customers in bull power. We will do our best to provide you a loaner or replacement bull to get your cows bred this year. Problems must be reported within 24 hours of discovery and be vet checked to iden fy the issue. All claims must be received no later than October 1st, 2026. We always welcome calls regarding any ques ons or concerns. Ca le Management & Health Complete herd health and parasite control programs are implemented at Cannon Valley Ranch. All Angus bulls are DNA tested for parentage and gene c defects or are free by pedigree. *Prior to the sale all bulls will be given a complete breeding soundness exam including a semen test. *All ca le will be qualified for out of state transport. Nutri on Ca le are fed a balanced, high roughage diet including chelated minerals and added zinc to ensure performance, health, soundness, and longevity. Creep feed is fed to calves on pasture for two weeks prior to weaning to introduce feed. Disposi on and Handling These ca le have all been hand fed, walked through, and are used to being around people. Most of them have been exposed to us and worked with in a quiet manner almost on a daily basis, since the day they were born. They have a quiet disposi on. Supplemental informa on: Cannon Valley Ranch will be retaining rights to 100 straws of semen from any bull and cer ficates at cost. Scrotal measurements and yearling weights will be available on sale day. Any announcements made on the sale block will take precedence over what is printed in this sale book. Injury or death prior to delivery. Injury resul ng in death or death of the bull a er the sale and prior to delivery will not be the responsibility of Cannon Valley Ranch. The bulls are insurable, and this in an insurable risk that the purchaser can obtain mortality insurance for death or injury resul ng in death prior to delivery of the bull. Insurance should be purchased shortly a er the sale to qualify for insurance. Liability: All persons who a end the sale do so at there own risk. Cannon Valley Ranch assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.
Sale Loca on Sale will be held at Cannon Valley Ranch, 14495 390th Street West, Goodhue, MN. If coming from Goodhue take County Road 9 west to County Road 7, turn south, go 1 mile and go west(right) on 390th St. for 1/2 mile, ranch is on the north side (right). If coming from Hwy. 52, take County Road 9 east to County Road 8, turn south and go 1 mile to 390th St. Go east(le ) for 1 1/2 mile, ranch will be on the north(le ) side of the road. We are happy to help you with your order. If you can make it prior to sale day, we welcome the opportunity to show you the bulls individually by appointment. Bruce, LeeAnn, and Taylor as well as any of our industry representa ves will handle your absentee bid according to your instruc ons. Sight Unseen Guarantee: We guarantee your sa sfac on of all sight unseen purchases. Call us prior to the sale date & we can discuss your needs and what type of bull you are looking for. We will help you find a bull that best suits the needs of your opera on. Terms of Sale Se lement is to be made on day of sale, bulls will not be released un l payment is made. Registered animals will be transferred. Available sale day only, Interest Free-Deferred Payment-with Approval (up to $5,000 bull purchase price). 50% down payment made on day of sale (unless previous arrangements have been made). 50% Final Payments are due on or before January 10, 2027. All delivery and housing charges that may have been incurred are due upon delivery. All discounts are deducted from the final payment. Any past due balances beyond January 10, 2027 will be charged 20% interest. Volume Discount Purchase two or more bulls and receive a 1% discount. Bull Housing All Bulls will be housed free of charge, at the buyers risk, un l May 1st. A er May 1st we will con nue to house your bull(s) un l you need them at a charge of $5.00/ day. Injuries or death that occur during this period are the responsibility of the new owner. Trucking Discount All bulls picked up will receive a $50.00 discount per bull.
