Exclusive Go Vita field team now in place Go Vita Group Limited has announced it has commenced an exclusive partnership with CROSSMARK, who will support the growing health food retailer by providing an exclusive five-member field team that will operate across Australia. Go Vita health shops are part of a co-operative with each member store individually owned and operated. This unique operating model is one of the retailer’s greatest strengths. Through the collective efforts of the co- operative, Go Vita stores can offer better prices, extensive product offerings and more services to its customers. The Go Vita co-op operates a modern warehouse and distribution centre in Sydney from where it distributes to both member stores and independent health food outlets around Australia. With more than 400 accounts nationally, one of the challenges Go Vita has faced is having representatives calling on accounts to provide support to its busy retailers where necessary. “Our partnership with CROSSMARK comes at a time when our stores are keen to get back to face-to-face communication after the past challenging years.
