• The engagement of a specialist external data protection law firm to provide additional resource to support the internal team during a period of flux in the data protection market. Recruitment activities are underway to secure further permanent resource. • Significant progress with our project to achieve global compliance with the European Court of Justice Schrems II decision around exporting personal data outside of the EU has been made, focusing first on the global CIRT service. This part now approaches completion. Committee meetings During this financial year, the Committee met three times and the attendance of individual Committee members at the Cyber Security Committee meetings is shown in the table below. Unless otherwise indicated, all Directors held office throughout the year.
