CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU WANT? WE’RE HAPPY TO ORDER IT!
If you’re a home cook, there’s a good chance you’ve headed to the grocery store specifically to test a new recipe. You probably scribbled down the ingredients and took to the aisles, hunting them like a tourist on a safari. Everything was going well until you reached the last item on the list: an exotic ingredient that was nowhere to be found on the shelves. Stymied, you grabbed an employee, only to have them shrug and reply, “We must not have it in stock.” That doesn’t happen at Foodtown or Freshtown. If you can’t find an item in our stores, our employees will never put the kibosh on your search. Instead, they’ll try to help you track the ingredient down, and, if for some reason it's not an item we stock, they’ll be happy to search through all of our suppliers to find it for you. Then, on top of all that, we’ll stock it going forward. Typically, when you ask for something, there are other customers who want it
too, which means making you happy is just smart business. And because we purchase our goods from some of the largest wholesalers in the United States, it's very likely that we can track down just about anything you need. priced. Our 13-store grocery chain is part of the Allegiance Foodtown buying group of over 120 stores throughout the New York and New Jersey region, which means we can buy goods like Bounty paper towels and Tide liquid detergent at the same truckload prices as large national chains. Then, we pass our savings on to you. If you’d love to see a particular item on our shelves, don’t hesitate to let us know. We want you to feel just as at-home in our stores as you do in your own pantry, and we’re happy to go out of our way to make that happen.
