There are 3 ways to bid on the horses. In Person
Buyers interested in purchasing a Legacy Ranch Horse must register for a bidder number PRIOR to placing a bid on any horse during the auction. Bidder’s numbers will be issued by the sale secretary in the sale office located between the horse tent and the auction ring. Buyers must present a letter of credit from your bank for purchases to be paid by a personal check. Letters of credit may be emailed to legacyhorsesale@icloud. com prior to Saturday, September 17th 2022. The sale will be live on www. bidonwvmcattle.com. Create a new DVAuction auction form if you’re a first time buyer. • Apply for bidding in the upper left corner of your screen at least 24 hours prior to the auction • You will receive an email message to activate your account. Once the account has been activated, be sure to log back in prior to the sale to confirm your profile has been set up correctly. Phone bidders must provide the Sale Secretary with the needed personal information in order to receive a bidder’s number. All major credit cards will be accepted The following terms apply: • 2.85% processing fee for all swiped or chip credit card trans- actions, manual entries will be charged 4% • All sales are final • All sale terms and conditions apply when paying by credit card • Card holder must present and show proper identification • Phone bidders can pay by credit card, however payment MUST be approved by office.
