When a Member is Nearby: Make eye contact and smile to show they’re seen and welcomed. As They Come Closer: Offer a sincere greeting like “Good afternoon” or “Let us know if you need anything.” These simple actions create a lasting impression—and help us deliver the exceptional experience our Members expect.
