Draw fresh spring water and boil to 100 °C.

Put 2g per person and an additional 2g into a filter bag and put into a ceramic pot.

Pour 160 ml of freshly boiled water onto the leaves.

Stir after 1 minute and brew for a further 1 minute.

Cover and steep.

Remove filter bag.
