• Keep away from heat, light – stoves, windows etc.
• Avoid moisture and strong odours – sinks, spice racks etc.
• Maintain consistent temperature – room temperature or fridge / freezer
• Do not crush the tea leaves
• Do not use a wet spoon / hands to handle the tea. Mold can grow on the tea.
