Doing Our Part... The Green Team was developed in 2012 to embody our passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices. These green initiatives also aim to cut utility costs for our valued residents and entice prospective residents who seek out environmentally friendly businesses.

...Wherever We Can After an Energy Analysis provided by our utility partner, the Green Team develops a plan that provides savings and energy efficiency throughout the community. The energy-saving programs championed by our Green Team help leave a smaller footprint on the environment. Our Green Team consists of teammembers throughout the company, from corporate to the community level.
