Anna Guichard is the Managing Director at SLB North America Offshore, with a diverse background in operations, technology deployment, strategic planning, and communications. She

holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree in business from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. Anna began her career as a field engineer and has held multiple leadership roles across North America, Europe, and Africa. She has a passion for technology, strategic market development, and driving business results through effective communications and cultivating high-performing teams. Committed to community impact, she actively volunteers and advocates for disability rights and inclusion in the workplace. She sits on the boards of the National Ocean Industries Association and the Energy Education Foundation. With her husband, Anna is the proud parent of three children and is dedicated to creating a bright future for them and future generations .

Bio: Paola Narez: With extensive experience in unclaimed property audit, Paola brings a wide range of skills regarding unclaimed property compliance to Sovos. As a Senior Manager, Paola serves as a subject matter expert for unclaimed property holders across the country. She utilizes her prior experiences to advocate for

organizations during audit examinations, assists with their entrance into state voluntary compliance programs, evaluates unclaimed property risk, works with them to establish initial compliance with the states and develops procedures to maintain ongoing compliance. Having worked as an Abandoned and Unclaimed Property Audit Manager and Program Leader for an organization that conducts third-party contract audits on behalf of the states, Paola has worked alongside and on the behalf of state unclaimed property administrators. During her tenure as Audit Manager and Program Leader, Paola built upon her expertise while she was tasked with overseeing hundreds of multi-state examinations. Through her prior employment, Paola gained firsthand experience with unclaimed property audits in various industries including Oil & Gas, Financial Institutions, Healthcare and more. She also has specialty experience in audit support, voluntary disclosure agreements and evaluating unclaimed property risk. Paola’s professional background and education experience in its entirety is as equally notable as her broad range of audit experience. Paola is fluent in both Spanish and English. She completed the Louisiana State University Certified Internal Auditor Course, LSUCIA, and received the 2007 recognition of highest academic achievement at LSU’s English Language and Orientation Program (ELOP).

Paula Rauchfuss Paula Rauchfuss has more than 41 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry as of June 2025, specifi - cally in Land, Land Administra- tion and Energy software. She has extensive experience in Land

Administration and has led large teams of analysts. Her passion remains in land management technology and software as well as building departments from the ground up. Paula is the mother of two young men and is proud of her 30+ year marriage. She enjoys the outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends .
