Bio: Larry Coshow is a seasoned land professional with over four decades of experience in the oil and gas industry. A native Oklahoman, he earned a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma and later an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University. Larry began his career at Texas Oil & Gas
2016, Kelly joined Kimmeridge Energy to work on the newly launched minerals fund, which through various mergers and other transactions, is now Sitio Royalties. Sitio Royalties is a publicly traded minerals and royalties company, owning interests under a diversified set of operators, predominantly located in the Permian and DJ basins. One of the company’s focuses is active asset management, leveraging a forward- looking approach to data analytics and automation to create efficiencies and opportunities to optimize asset value. Throughout her career, Kelly has served in various roles for both NADOA and HADOA. Currently, Kelly volunteers on the CDOA Committee. Kelly currently resides in Castle Rock, Colorado with her husband and two young sons.
Corp and went on to hold key land roles at Samson Resources, JMA Energy, and Chesapeake Energy, where he played a pivotal role in scaling land operations across major plays including the Anadarko Basin, Barnett Shale, and East Texas. He later joined SandRidge Energy as Executive VP of Land, helping take the company public and expanding operations across Texas and Oklahoma. In 2008, Larry founded ZaCale Resources Company, LLC, providing land, acquisition, and consulting services across multiple states. He later served as Land Manager at Matador Resources and Land Director at BP America, where he led efforts to modernize land strategy and guided key divestitures. Currently, Larry consults with Silverback Exploration/ Novo Oil & Gas II on operations in Eddy County, New Mexico. He is an active member and leader within the AAPL, TAPL, and OCAPL, and teaches the Day 2 AAPL CPL Review Course. He also serves on the board of the University of Oklahoma Energy Management program. Larry has been married to his wife Julie for 42 years and enjoys time with their two sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren in Edmond, Oklahoma. His hobbies include reading, golf, travel, and attending OU events.

Bio: Melissa began her career in-house at a Fortune 500 oil and gas company. Since then, her practice has focused on oil, gas, and energy law. This has included the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions in Oklahoma, Texas, and North Dakota. This work has often resulted in the
preparation of curative documents, probate matters, and assistance in litigations that Melissa’s oil, gas, and renewable energy clients might need. Melissa’s goal is to serve those around her, be it clients, coworkers, or her community. She’s active in her local church and often volunteers to speak at industry events to make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to current trends in oil and gas law. She also recently served as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Melissa possesses zero athletic ability, which naturally leads to her deep sports fandom. She supports her Cowboys and Thunder with a passion. Melissa is from Empire, Oklahoma and loves seeking out all the adventure that Oklahoma City has to offer.
