Speaker: Quin Moore (KMPG)

or making niche jokes about title work, he’s quietly producing indie wrestling shows, chasing his dog Broccoli around Oklahoma and the PNW, or plotting how to become the first person to launch a bourbon-tasting energy summit. He believes in hard work, honesty, and the power of a well-timed GIF. Because at the end of the day, building trust and delivering results will always matter more than buzzwords and business cards.

Topic: The Real Deal Landman Podcast: We’re not saying this is the most important event at NADOA…but we’re also refraining from saying that. Join Jerris Johnson and Drew Hopkins (who once Googled “how to be a good podcast host”) as they bring together a live taping of The Real Deal Landman Show. This episode features none other than Larry Coshow – industry icon and walking oil and gas encyclopedia, and the only guest classy enough to return after being our first guest. His legend is big enough to carry the show. Which is great, because we’ll probably forget our notes. Expect laughs, stories and maybe a little wisdom – and at least two technical difficulties. Don’t miss it.

Speaker: Erica Honeycutt ( Honeycutt Solutions LLC)

Speaker: Drew Hopkins (Novus Consulting)

Topic: Owners, Ethics & Fraud: Land departments are often the gatekeepers for ownership and owner personal information. As oil and gas companies become more comfortable using technology to increase convenience and efficiency with owner communications, company policies and training should be modified to minimize risks surrounding owner data. In this class, we will talk about ethics as they relate to owner information and fraud prevention. Through the review of case studies, we will discuss best practices to encourage ethical decision-making and fraud prevention, specific to owner data.

Topic: M&A: Bringing It All Together (Without Breaking Everything) : As the energy landscape continues to evolve, it brings both new challenges and significant opportunities for industry professionals. This session explores the current market forces driving change and offers practical strategies to help individuals prepare, adapt, and advance their careers in a rapidly transforming environment.
