Guests will enjoy direct access to Copley Place Mall, offering a variety of shops and restaurants just an elevator ride away.
Baggage claim and ground transportation are on different floors of the airport. Ground transportation is located on the upper half of the airport on the east end and is referred to as “Internet Pick-up Area”. Baggage claim is located on the bottom floor. Boston offers several options for ground transportation: TAXI UBER LYFT Research shows that from these options, a Taxi is the more affordable option, with Lyft coming in a close second. Taxis are available on the arrivals level at all terminals. We ask that everyone stay safe when choosing your mode of transportation. Depending on traffic, the trip to downtown typically takes 15-30 minutes. If you are driving, parking at the hotel is available underneath Copley Mall, conveniently located near the hotel. Valet parking at the hotel is available. There are rental car options available at the airport, just follow signs to the rental car center. A rental car option is also available at the hotel. Note - Public transportation from the airport is available, but tricky. If this is an option you would consider (bus or “T” subway), remember there are multiple changes that need to be made along the route and travel times can range from 20-30 minutes or longer depending on traffic. Traveling in this mode requires a fare card that can be purchased at any MBTA vending machine located on the arrivals level near the luggage carousels.
