Why don't we post flyers? Posting organic content of Residents, University Students, Resident Events, Amenities, Pups, University, etc. INCREASES engagement. When we have high engagement means we have people interacting with our posts. Creating content that your residents, prospects, and parents/guarantors can relate to will attract more people to your page. Consider how many likes, comments, and followers each of your posts attracts to see which posts do well to learn for future postings.
