THE CAKE The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman created the semi-naked chocolate cake with hints of coffee and coconut and texturised with cocoa nibs. Guests also enjoyed a collection of cupcakes in traditional vanilla and chocolate as well as coconut. Guests received Earl Grey-flavored macarons placed in floral printed paper boxes, tied with jute string and a cute tag which read “Fancy a cuppa?”
ELEGANT BRUNCH The brunch reception featured white fairy lights entwined within ivy-laden, farm-style tables.
