HOW CAN I SIGN UP FOR A HOLBROOK CLUB MEMBERSHIP? Future members can start the application on our website at holbrookclub.com or email our hclub@holbrooklife.com. HOW CAN INTERESTED PEOPLE INQUIRE ABOUT OUR MEMBERSHIPS? Interested people can inquire on our website at holbrookclub.com within our membership inquiry section.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED FOR THE HOUSEHOLD MEMBERSHIP? Household memberships are for up to 2 people.
WHAT IS THE HOLBROOK CLUB WEBSITE CALLED? HolbrookClub.com is where you can find links to our restaurant, general membership infor - mation and contact us regarding membership inquiries or general questions. HOW DO MEMBERS BOOK A DINNER RESERVATION AT OFF THE RAILS KITCHEN & BAR? When you become a member, you will be given access to our Off The Rails Kitchen & Bar booking portal where you can reserve a table for dinner and Sunday brunch. Lunch in either the Zinnia Cafe & Market or Off The Rails does not require reservation. CAN HOLBROOK CLUB MEMBERS BRING GUESTS TO THE SPA AT HOLBROOK? Members have 1 amenity guest pass per month. CAN HOLBROOK CLUB MEMBERS BRING FRIENDS TO THE BAR / RESTAURANT? Members are encouraged to bring friends and family to Off The Rails Kitchen & Bar and the Zinnia Cafe & Market. WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF BECOMING A HOLBROOK CLUB MEMBER? Firstly, interested members of the public will fill out our membership inquiry on our website. Secondly, we will schedule a time to tour our community. If the applicant would like to move forward with our membership, we will create the membership profile on our system and give the new member their access card for access. HOW WILL HOLBROOK CLUB MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS INTO THE BUILDING? Each member will be given two access cards which grant access at the Spa at Holbrook entrance and Off the Rails Kitchen & Bar during operational hours.
DO WE ALLOW SMOKING ON PROPERTY? Holbrook Woodstock is a smoke free campus.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE? Fitness Center: There is a requirement for closed-toed shoes and activewear is encouraged. Off The Rails Kitchen & Bar: No cut off shirts, no sweatpants, no flip flops, no tank tops, no clothing that is overly exposing.
WHAT ARE THE ACCESS HOURS OF THE MEMBERSHIP CARDS? 8am−9pm is the operational hours of our membership.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR PAYING ANNUALLY? Yes. If a member pays annually, they will receive a discounted rate of one month worth of membership fees.
