They were seven in all, two daughters and five sons. One did not live to maturity. Six were born in South Carolina, five in Greenwood. Six married; one and possibly another divorced. Two were buried in Greenwood. Almena Susan Mounce was the oldest. She was born 11 May 1846 and died in May 1936 in Brooklyn, New York. She married John Wesley Calhoun 18 August 1864. 25 He was William Calhoun’s grandson. 26 Almena Susan and John Wesley lived in Augusta, Georgia, and J OHNSTON , South Carolina, the latter where both were buried in Mount of Olives Cemetery. 27 James Robert Mounce was the first of five children born in Greenwood. He was born 24 November 1851 and died 14 July 1924 in Thomson, McDuffie County, Georgia. Aldora G. Mounce was his widow. 28 Tallulah Rebecca Mounce, the third child, was born in Greenwood 3 August 1854. 29 She married Samuel F.
