APPLICATION PROCESS

Step 1:

Complete the application located on pages (14-17) below & return it via scan or mail to Domenic If you are scanning the application and sending via email please send it to DomenicL@chartierscc.com Please be sure to include the following along with the application Signatures from two members in good standing. One of those members must be a Permanent Golf Member. Please send a family photo to Domenic's above email as well.

Step 2:

An application must be submitted to Domenic by the first week of the month for the membership to become effective for the following month. The application will then be reviewed by the Membership Director.

Step 3:

After review of the application from the Membership Director, an informal interview will be scheduled by the Membership Director. This interview will be conducted at a mutually convenient time for the prospective member & member of the Membership Committee.

Step 4:

Following the completion of the interview the application will be presented to the Board of Directors at their monthly meeting. Their monthly meeting is completed on the third Tuesday of the month. Regardless of the result an email will be sent to you the following day, announcing the acceptance or denial of your membership application. Following that email an official letter will be mailed to you. If accepted, letter will include the following things; Membership Number Instructions to register for our member's only portal Instructions to register for our communication platform ForeTees Also each new member will receive a 2022 reference manual that includes numerous details and information about all aspects of Chartiers
