Membership Opportunities
Permanent Golf A Permanent member shall be a person at least twenty-one (21) years of age and the holder of a Certificate of Permanent Membership. This class of membership is limited to a total of no more than three hundred (300) individuals (inclusive of the Permanent senior members) and the Permanent members and the Permanent senior members are the only membership classifications with voting privileges. Each Permanent member shall have full use of all the facilities of the Club including the golf course, subject to such rules, policies and limitations as may be established by the Board from time to time.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FEES Initiation Fee - $12,500 Certificate for Bond Purchase - $5,000
MONTHLY DUES Individual - $630.00 per Month/$7,560.00 per Year Spousal - $770.00 per Month/$9,240.00 per Year Family - $770.00 per Month/$9,240.00 per Year GOLF SERVICE FEE Individual - $40.00 per Month/$480.00 per Year Spousal & Family - $50.00 per Month/$600.00 per Year
MONTHLY FOOD MINIMUM $75.00
