Buccini Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG) announced a partner- ship with Pettinaro Man- agement, LLC , to be the third-party manager for the Pettinaro portfolio of residen- tial properties. The eleven properties total over 3,000 apartment units throughout Delaware and Maryland. ResideBPG , the residential property management affiliate of Buccini Pollin Group, will assume management of day- to-day property operations and leasing. Under ResideBPG leadership, BPG will extend employment offers to existing Pettinaro associates to provide for a seamless transition and Value Companies hires Mirman as EVP CLIFTON, NJ — Value Companies welcomed Mat- thew Mirman as executive Mirman’s work will initially focus on Value Companies’ third-party multi-family man- agement affiliate, Value Asset Management (VAM) , which recently entered the Connecti- cut market and is actively look- ing to further expand. He will also be actively involved in the strategic expansion of Value Companies’ currently-owned multi-family property portfolio. Before joining Value Com- panies, Mirman served as senior vice president of Odds- Checker Global Media, spear- heading the international iGaming affiliates’ industry into the U.S. market. He was a key part of the management team which helped to suc- cessfully sell the business to a private equity firm.
