Ceremonial event showcases new 337-home building on Jersey City’s West Side Halpern hosts Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop for ribbon cutting marking opening of Birch House

J ERSEY CITY, NJ — Halpern Real Estate Ventures (HREV) re- cently hosted Jersey City May- or Steven Fulop and a cadre of esteemed guests, marking the official opening of Birch House, the newest residential addi- tion to the city’s reinvigorated West Side. The group of civic leaders gathered to inaugurate the 337-unit Birch House, a bea- con of modern living boasting a harmonious blend of luxury and green-centric design. The ribbon-cutting ceremony her- alded the arrival of a fresh housing option in Jersey City, offering studio, one-, and two- bedroom homes starting from $1,995 per month, with im- mediate occupancy available. “We are honored to have Mayor Fulop and other city representatives join us to of- ficially open Birch House,” said Joel Halpern , manag- ing director of Investments for HREV. “Their unwavering commitment to fostering re- sponsible development on the West Side has brought forth not just new residences, but much-needed retail providers, lifestyle services and infra- structure improvements. We’re excited to add Birch House to the local housing mix and are delighted the public is already embracing the opportunity to live in one of Jersey City’s burgeoning new communities.” Mayor Fulop said: “The transformation on the West Side has really been unprec- edented. If you go back ten years and tell somebody that this is what the West Side of Jersey City would look like, or a building like this would be built on the West Side, you would probably have very few believers, but that’s the real - ity. Here we stand and when we enter this building it looks very different than the newer buildings that we see here in Jersey City. I have the privi- lege of being at a lot of these ribbon cuttings and I can tell you that the lobby, entryway, and the feeling you get in this building is really second to none. Congratulations and thank you for believing in Jersey City.” Corcoran Group Market- ing has debuted Birch House from an on-site leasing gallery with professionally decorated model residences styled by celebrated ASH Staging .
