Ceremonial event showcases new 337-home building on Jersey City’s West Side Halpern hosts Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop for ribbon cutting marking opening of Birch House
J ERSEY CITY, NJ — Halpern Real Estate Ventures (HREV) re- cently hosted Jersey City May- or Steven Fulop and a cadre of esteemed guests, marking the official opening of Birch House, the newest residential addi- tion to the city’s reinvigorated West Side. The group of civic leaders gathered to inaugurate the 337-unit Birch House, a bea- con of modern living boasting a harmonious blend of luxury and green-centric design. I have the privi- lege of being at a lot of these ribbon cuttings and I can tell you that the lobby, entryway, and the feeling you get in this building is really second to none.
