ISCATAWAY, NJ — HVAC distributor Carrier Enterprise has leased 30 Duke Rd., a newly constructed, 78,000 s/f indus- trial building in Piscataway, announced Levin Manage- ment Corporation (LMC) . The class A facility is part of Rutgers Industrial Center. LMC serves as asset manag- er for Rutgers Industrial Cen- ter. The North Plainfield-based commercial real estate services firm also served as construction and development manager for 30 Duke Rd., the second new P
