David Malawer and Stuart Harwood of Newmark collaberate in transaction The Blau & Berg Co. leases ± 59,000 s/f industrial space to Chefler Foods, LLC in Saddle Brook, NJ

ADDLE BROOK, NJ — The Blau & Berg Company , a prominent commercial real estate broker- age firm in the New Jersey and Tri-State area since 1932, has secured the lease of a ± 59,000 s/f industrial warehouse space. The facility, located at 74 Kenny Place in Saddle Brook, was represented by Blau and Berg’s Jason Crimmins, CCIM, SIOR, Alessandro (Alex) Conte, CCIM, SIOR, and Peter Murano, SIOR . Chefler Foods, LLC will use the space to expand their manufacturing footprint. The S

company, founded in 2016, implements a state-of-the-art high-speed manufacturing process for their signature brands, Mike’s Amazing, Dolce Vita, Super Chef and Dragon Chef. This project will provide much needed logistics and manufacturing space to support Chefler's growth. 6 Emery Ave. MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Resource Realty announced Northern NJ transactions, spearheaded by principal Brian Wilson , the deals involved the $1.78M sale of a fully leased, cash-flowing medical/office building and a 2,700 s/f office lease at the same building in Succasunna. Rounding out the transaction trifecta is a 1,950 s/f office lease in nearby Randolph. Wilson secured a listing as the owner’s representative in the sale at 22 Rte. 10 (Succa- sunna) and as the landlord and tenant representative for the latter two lease agreements, in- volving 22 Rte. 10 (Succasunna) and 6 Emery Ave. in Randolph. At 6 Emery Ave. in Ran- dolph, Wilson represented the landlord in a lease agree- ment with Astute Academics, a provider of tutoring, SAT/ ACT prep and virtual learning support services.
