Transactions facilitated through affiliation with the NAI Global network NAI CIR announces recent Pennsylvania transactions

ENNSYLVANIA — NAI CIR , Central Pennsylvania's leading commercial real estate firm has arranged the sale/lease of the following transactions: The 9,840 s/f office invest- ment, located at 109 VIP Dr. in Wexford, has been sold to A&J Ryan Real Estate LLC . The new owner will transition the property to utilize the addi- tional space for its operations. This transaction was fa- cilitated through NAI CIR's af- filiation with the NAI Global network. NAI Burns Scalo , Pittsburgh’s leading indepen- dent commercial real estate firm, assisted NAI CIR in the execution of this listing. The seller, a local investor, was represented by Amber Corbo , of NAI CIR, along with Scott DiGuglielmo and Ruby Scalo , of NAI Burns Scalo. The former Howard Johnson Inn located at 473 Eisenhower Boulevard in Harrisburg has been sold to the Faulkner Organization . The property totals six acres and is located off the interchange for US Route 322/422 and Interstate 83. Demolition of the former Inn is scheduled to begin in the next several weeks. Dan Alderman , of NAI CIR, facili- tated the sale of the property. A lease has been secured for the 7,149 s/f office suite situ- ated at 5108 Trindle Road in Mechanicsburg. RKL's Capitol Region office is scheduled to move into this space in May 2024. RKL is a nationally leading CPA Accounting and Business Consulting Firm continuing to expand its foot- print. The new site will cater to RKL's expanding operations in the Capital Region. Dan Al- derman, of NAI CIR, handled the transaction. The office investment prop- erty located at 1685 Baltimore Pike has been sold to a local investor. Comprised of two of- fice buildings, the 8,000 s/f and 3,900 s/f buildings sit on 5.59 acres. Nik Sgagias , of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction. In Michigan, The Plymouth Square Shopping Center, lo- cated at 25990-26008 Plym- outh Rd. in Redford, MI, has been sold to JM Elite Property LLC. The 9,619 s/f retail plaza features existing tenants, Kings of Wingz and Redford Smoke, with one vacant 4,394 s/f suite available.
