ETHLEHEM, PA — A ribbon cutting cer- emony at McDonald’s at Westgate marked a milestone for Onyx Equities’ redevelop- ment of the shopping complex and the emergence of the 13,000 s/f mall. McDonald’s is part of a con- struction project that will also add a Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, QDOBA Mexi- can Eats, and Jersey Mike's, as well as People First Federal Credit Union and Penn Com- munity Bank, all slated to open by the end of this summer. Westgate construction also includes the expanded Weis Markets, which nearly doubled in size, and Harbor Freight
