Method and Terms METHOD: The property will be sold for a lump sum or total dollar amount. The acreage and boundaries in this advertisement are estimated and have been obtained from the current legal description and/or aerial photos. PURCHASE AGREEMENT: The purchase agreement will control the terms of the sale and purchase of the real estate. DOWN PAYMENT: The successful bidder will be required to pay a 10% down payment and execute the Purchase Agreement on sale day. The balance will be due at closing. The down payment can be in the form of a personal check, cashiers check or corporate check. YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONTINGENT UPON FINANCING.
