of what shall take place. Again read this prophetic passage carefully for atomic warfare, which is before us right now, makes the fulfillment of this pic ture a distinct possibility. Although Eze kiel wrote 3000 years ago he did not necessarily need to understand what the Holy Spirit was causing him to pen. “Mountains shall be thrown down.” “It is a fearful thing to fall into the "What Have I Garnered From Life?" Out of this life I shall never take Things of silver and gold I make. All that I cherish and hoard away, After I leave, on earth must stay. Though I have toiled for a painting rare, To hang on my wall, I must leave it there, Though I call it mine and I boast its worth, I must give it up when I quit this earth. All that I gather and all that I keep I must leave behind when I fall asleep. And I wonder often just what I shall own, In that other life when I pass alone. What shall He find and what shall He see. In the soul that answers the call for me? Shall the great Judge learn, when my task is through That my soul had gathered some riches, too? Or shall, at the last, it be mine to find, That all I had worked for I had left behind? hands of the living God” (Hebrews 10:31). This is true of nations as well as individuals. Russian Communism cannot continue to defy God — nor dare any man! God’s patience can and will be exhausted. Fifteen million soldiers of the Soviets will be slaughtered in this battle, which will be the downfall of the Totalitarian State and its system of oppression.

Russia with her blasphemous, nefari ous methods of pouring into the minds of the people the worst kind of infidel ity, will be forever thwarted. In Ezekiel 38:7 we read that she cannot continue to pollute God’s name. The verse is im portant, read it! Let us mark down the fact that God’s Word says that we are not appointed unto wrath, but that be fore the storm comes, the period of Tribulation arrives, the Church of Je sus Christ will be translated. Some Bible teachers believe that be fore the Church can be translated they must first see the downfall of Com munism. And they even go so far as to say they will be glad to be here to see the downfall of Russia and Com munism. So will I be glad to see it, but I shall want to see it from a van tage point of being with my Lord in glory. There is no Scripture to indicate that one single prophetic truth needs yet to transpire or be fulfilled before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. In Revelation 3:10 the promise for the Church is, “Because thou has kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world . . . ” In Luke we read the Lord’s words, “When these things begin to come to pass, then look up, lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.” Our Saviour also said, “Watch ye there fore and pray always that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass during the tribulation, and to stand before the Son of Man.” The believer would sink into utter despair were it. not for the Blessed Hope “For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come and will not tarry.” Another point of interest, and one on which we must not be confused is that of Gog and Magog of Ezekiel 38 and 39 as over against the Gog of Revela tion 20. In Ezekiel, Gog comes against Palestine during the Tribulation. In the Revelation the rebellion of Gog is 1000 years later, namely after the Millenni- (continued on next page) 31
