Prior to his promotion, Kevin Ket- ter served as Operations Manager for Provident, a sister company of Anderson & Vreeland. In this role, Ketter was primarily responsible for manufacturing, customer ser- vice, and procurement. He has more than 25 years of en- gineering and operations manage- ment experience.

In this new position, Ketter will assume the re- sponsibility for manufacturing processes and new manufactured products, as well as oversee manufac- turing continuous improvement initiatives through- out Anderson & Vreeland, Inc. He will also maintain his role as Operations Manager for Provident, LLC. Ketter is a graduate of the University of Wiscon- sin-Scout, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. He also holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management. Ketter has previously worked in manufacturing companies such as Infinity Machine & Engineering, Intertape Polymer Group, and Ariens Co, where he held vari- ous positions in Purchasing, Value Stream Manage- ment, Manufacturing Engineering, and Continuous Improvement Management.
